What VeriSite verifies

Attendance, the work, and everything in between.

  • Attendance. Who was on site, when they arrived and when they left, checked against the roster.
  • The work. Each checklist item is completed on site, with photos where the task calls for them.
  • Rounds and patrols. Tag taps or passive Bluetooth beacons record each checkpoint as it is reached.
  • Issues. Anything found on site is logged with photos, assigned and tracked until it is closed.

Data and privacy

Only what proves the work.

  • We record the worker’s name, check in and check out times, checklist answers and photos of the work.
  • Location is captured only at the moment a visit is opened or submitted. Workers are not tracked between visits by the app.
  • Photos are of the work, not of people. Staff are asked to keep faces out of shot.
  • Each client sees only their own sites, and only the people they authorise can log in.
